I make a pretty good bolognese. No tomato cans allowed! (bolognese is the dish most faked in the world, most restaurants around the world throw together some minced beef and tomato sauce and some spices and call it bolognese. The horror!) Trattoria Belfiore in Bologna: can’t wait to visit again :D
