I remember that Planet of the Apes film in 2001 not being very good. Rise of the Planet of the Apes has some of the most realistic CGI apes ever committed to celluloid. WETA Digital did some very good work with them, and Andy Serkis’ portrayal of Caesar has to be some of his best motion capture work.

For those who don’t understand, Paige’s “ape suit” is just another insult thrown by Jason regarding how ugly he thinks Paige looks in general.
