I’ve seen a bear open a tin can, and a ‘bear proof’ garbage can a human couldn’t open.
A black bear actually did break into a cabin, take some pillows and blankets, and hibernate under it.
Bears have been known to pick up human toddlers and carry them away. We’ve watched shows about bears such as Gentle Ben and Lassie was friends with bears. But no one can take the wild out of them.
