I’m a lot like Goat, but I’m not quite this when talking to people. I believe that those of us who are amazingly smart shouldn’t lord it over everyone else.

Nice contrast. and I don’t think Rat is mean. He’s like Popeye, “I yam what I yam…” except he’s NOT good natured.

And yet through all the tension in the comic, there is simple, blissfiully oblivious Pig. I love Pig. Even though he marches to the beat of a rhythmically challenged drummer, he’s no where near as annoying as the idiotic stuff I hear on the street every day. You go Pig!

Rat just hates the fact that there are others whose knowledge is vastly superior to his own. He want’s everyone to blindly believe he is the most superior being in every single facet of life when he is one of the more inferior beings in every facet.

Just as well it isn’t pepper. But still there’s no need for that, Rat. Not Goat’s fault he’s knowledgeable.
