Fried squirrel anyone?

Never seen a squirrel fried that way.Baked raccoon a la Transformer, yes, but not fried squirrel.

Steve, In 1965, I inadvertently watched as two squirrels electrocuted themselves within a minute of each other while crossing over a street. It’s good to read your strip on-line from here in Pittsburgh. Carol ARTCART Shelton

FPL replace many a transformer in our neighborhood because of fried squirrel. At least 2 every year.

A candidate for the Darwin Awards.

Interesting…..the squirrels in my block run the wires all the time. They don’t go near the transformers. No crispy critters here.

to jwbriggs…the ones I saw in 1965 were apparently chasing each other when they crossed a wire in the middle of a residential street. It ruined my day.

Causes power outages, also.

I love LD’s encounters with squirels and the pack-rat, the regular rat, the rabbits and others, like the skunk and the possums.this one squirill, skweeril, ,,echh, ..seems to be semi-suidcidal.
