Woozy Winks as drawn by the great Jack Cole! The old Police Comics issue I have from the 1940’s has a story where Woozy is almost fed to cannibals! It’s totally nuts and I dig it a lot. This strip is good and kookie also but in a different way.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but Snidely Whiplash is an animated cartoon character, not a character in comics. Besides, he’s just a secondary character in the Dudley Do-Right universe.
