Mr. Class president, you need yo say something quotable.
JFK said, "Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country"
say something like that.
Know what? Lets just retweet JFK's thing.
I’ve always considered that JFK quote to be un-American and more appropriate for a dictatorship.
But that’s the kind of politics you get when your ethics is based on the idea of self-sacrifice. If you accept that idea, then the only thing left to decide is who gets to collect your sacrifice: the tribe, family, the king, the nation, your race, society, the environment, God, etc., etc.
Your life belongs to YOU, not to anyone or anything else.

That cost Biden his presidential bid for the white house in 80’s. Of course, tweeting didn’t existed then.

Jojo was certainly the class’ most beloved president in a very long time.

JFK was quoting Tulius Cicero. He also used the African “big stick” proverb. Quoting well spares one from the hard work of originality.

Ask not what your country can do for you, for if you do it’ll all be Greece to you.
