And here I thought Scooter was enjoying the opening of squirrel season.

    Hang on.

I think her hair looks right. It must be fine and shiny with lacquer so when the light strikes it, it passes through some strands and reflects in all directions off others.

    memo to Inspector Monkeyblues

I appreciate your continued investigation. In the meantime, I had to pull out the reserve chicken suits in time for yesterday’s Whimsical Wednesday…

…but, at the risk of repeating myself, I am partial to the cow suits (but, I won’t bore you with my reasons why).

On a different note, I wonder if the new hair process being done at the BSSSB Salon (Ballard St. Susan Sunshine and beviek Salon or as we like to call it, the “Busy Bees Do”) is FDA approved? Ol’ Miss Bea is not likely to research the safety of this "sie-cko-dell-ick’’ coiffure, but it is my understanding that the utmost care must be taken by qualified technicians when connecting additional electrodes to hearing aid batteries and certain chemical compounds are involved. Could you look into it on the QT ? Susan Sunshine and beviek are already referring to me as the “Ballard St. Busybody and Fussbudget”.And, one more thing: scuttlebut has it that this x-Tech guy is really some kind of “mad scientist” and I’ve even heard tell that some think he’s a “voo-doo witch doctor” and “practitioner of the black arts”. These are just the whisperings around the neighborhood, but do you suppose there’s something to it? And, yes…I am taking my meds…..

Ran with my daughter and her yellow Lab Daisy last evening. One’s lucky not to have a dislocated shoulder after an outing with that dog so I can totally see this happening.x-Tech, good thing you animated that or I would have. I might have been compelled to add some rotation or something.

Spending time with the dog didn’t used to be such a drag.

Rusty Boy has fixed his eye on the horizon, set his sails with the wind, counted down his last “go sequence”, down shifted to heavy low and let it rip. Nothing can stop him now. Running fast on a loose track and if the wheels don’t come off he will be in Miss Millie’s backyard before she back from the day spa. So cute in that bandana, with those short sharp nails, lightly powdered and full blown beautiful. Collin can come along or not. Marcia will head back to the house, her shoulder is sore from yesterdays mad dash to paradise. She’ll have a cookie, Collin will be back soon enough.

Sorry folks…. I fell asleep on the train and went 100 miles past Ballard St.!!

No return train till late this afternoon, and the sidewalks are already rolled up!

Just a late word then, to say… my MY, here I thought I could trust my friends but… StelBel… Please! On no account should you believe my “dear friend” Beviek’s implication that I referred to you i any such manner!Nor do I think of you in that way. I take scientific and medical approval of all our salon procedures very seriously, and welcome all such inquiries. Now, I can’t say the animated color process is exactly FDA approved….I mean, I’m sure they’ll approve it when they’re not so gosh-darn busy…

But my own hair flashes from red to purple to the lovely auburn you see in my photo… (It’s a pity you can only see my static avatar.)Would I do it to myself it weren’t 100% …oh, well, except for the unfortunate Benson twins incident…let’s make that 85.71% safe??

And Beviek! Just when I was about to offer you a temporary position with Marg and Susan’s Super Strong Brain Bleach (otherwise known as Susan and Marg’s Super Strong Brain Bleach) while Marg is on vacation!True, it was only for a few days but might have led to permanent employment, as our business is zooming!

Yes; Scooter (or is it Rusty Boy? Their rears do look so much alike) will dig up Mrs. Van de Graaff’s (you know; Beatrice’s hairm^Hdresser when Susan’s not around) priced tulip beds – again.

Good thing he fills them up afterwards, but Collin’s head keeps sticking out. Mrs. Van de Graaff feels watched.
