Bucky: What just woke me up? Satchel: I was using this mirror as a tray for my salt but as I walked under the ladder, the mirror hit it and broke and salt spilled everywhere. Bucky: O... M... Deity! You just got like, every bad luck there is! Satchel: Oh, that's an old Thai's tale! Bucky: You mean an old wives' tale! Satchel: No, Thai's tale. You Siamese are so superstitious you even have a dream catcher! Bucky: Satchel, that's just an old boxer's tail. Satchel: ...prize fighters believe in dream catchers? Bucky: No, no, that's a docked Boxer dog's mummified tail. For feng shui. Satchel: It makes me want to run away. Bucky: See? It's working.

I have ordered a couple t-shirts of strips that especially made me laugh. I wish I could order a t-shirt that just has that first picture on it. Darby, there have been other single cells that I would love to have as a t-shirt. Figure out a way for me to do that.

Again Bucky’s eyes are violet instead of blue. The reason? Sunday strips are coloured by the cartoonist. The dailies by the website.

I don’t see a problem here. They say you spill salt over your shoulder for good luck, so Satchel broke a mirror walking under a ladder. He spilled the salt. Bucky, he’s good, no bad luck for him! :-D
