When the cop called Jeff “Sonny” he was probably referring to his mental age…
“Nick Arsenic” was Mad’s version of Nicky Arnstein when they satirized “Funny Girl”.
Possible scurrilous overtones in “left cheek”( which left cheek?) and “scar” due to a “nick” on the “arse”…
