YOUNG DRIVERS? Goodness sakes, I see Older Folks driving up our street, speeding, LOUD MUSIC, LOUD EXHAUSTS, reliving their youths I guess! Wish there was a Noise Ordinace in our area!
here in the Philippines amplifiers have only 2 settings: OFF and FULL BLAST
