Don’t give up, Caulfield. Eventually you will wear Mrs. Olsen down. Mr. Mallett, that is one sharp kid. If I were half as smart as he is at that age, who knows how far I would have gotten. I have it pretty good, but one does wonder.

I am only just starting to get to know this strip, but I am enjoying it immensely so far. I love the style and use of color, not to mention the wit!

Wow…. Agnes (take a look) already tried just about exactly this on HER teacher a few weeks ago…Posters on that strip have remarked on the similarities between Agnes and Caulfield…. but she’s much more of a misfit, while his schemes are more knowing and practical.

Here in Richland WA the kids are in their final day of this school — supposedly a snow make-up day.
