Tuff to argue with a woman takin’ her clothes off.

Like father, like son. Arlo would be proud. Janis might disapprove, but in her mind recall when she and Arlo did the same thing.

As she was a teen mom, she was forced to put aside any spontaneity in favor of her kid’s needs. Of course she became a droll. She’s just re-learning how to let go again, now that the kid’s older.

Mary Lou throws the eternal trump card, Sex! Kryptonite for most guys. well played chica. don’t see why Arlo would be proud as it’s ML who’s taking the initiative with her feminine charms something Janis would be familiar with and smile at.

Gotta be careful with rivers. They could end up a mile downstream without their clothes.

I think it was Gene who wanted to skinny dip not ML..They’ll be a good balance, fun and responsibility..

I think Janis would approve.

And now they get arrested for skinny-dipping. And Gus has to get them out of jail (Arlo and Janis are too far away). But Gus can’t leave Meg alone, so Gene & Mary Lou experience the pleasure of having their (step) daughter getting them out of jail for indecent exposure!   ;-)

OK, another clue to where they live? That river is huge! If those are trees on the other side, it is at least a half mile wide….The restaurant is in a resort area at the mouth of a river, where there are trees with Spanish moss…

anyway, Mary Lou passes the “good sport” test….you go girl!….

This is why we love Arlo and Janis!

Essentially they are finding they complement one another very well, and both need to move a bit towards the other. both have strengths that are very important, and both have weaknesses the other can fill-in for. I for-see a long and happy couple.

Sigh. Wish I had managed to find a woman like that…

been months huh? A prelude to married life!

When MaryLou is shown sideways, she looks like someone out of Peanuts. Marcy? Not a complaint; just an obeservation.
