Probably a charity. They’re still allowed to call you even if you are on the national don’t call registry.
I have had 200 calls from collection agencies for the person who had my phone number 9 months ago.They slur when they say the names of the companies they represent so I have not been able to file a complaint yet.
…or anywhere.
But it’s all too easy to block that as well.
