Check out the archive. You will see that this is an excellent comic, which often, but not exclusively, focuses on dogs and other animals and animal rights issues. Today is unusual, and personally, I’m glad to know about the book.
There are two other books called “I’ll See You in Heaven”. One about cats and another about dogs. Actually, very sound theology. And as StelBel said, today is unusual for containing an ad. Most ofthe strips are about dogs and their relationsips with their people.
this is sweet! I have heard it before and it was fairly common on The “rats” group. Pet rats are sweet and dear, but they only live 2-2 1/2 years. When go by the rainbow bridge I will hopefully meet several dogs, a bunch of cats, 3 ferrets and a crowd of little ratties.
There is a story also that those who worked to save animals but weren’t able to own one (or be owned, if you will) can go over the Rainbow Bridge and bring with them an animal who didn’t have a home for every animal they saved, animals who weren’t previously able to cross because they had no special human.

I’ve been pinning “Rainbow Bridge” in vet’s offices for years (with permission). It’s comforting to folks that lose their four legged friends.

I don’t mind the plug – it provides us all with more loving reading. I am atheist, though, but I still love the sentiments.
