@ReneTrayDoggone it,Rene, now that song is going to be running through my head for the rest of the day, and will be struggling to remember the rest of the words, who sang it, and how long ago, etc. Some people have no consideration for the effect their comments have on others.
@AshburnStadiumThe reference to consideration for others applies to you, too.Have had sleepless nights thinking of your comment on the Shoe strip of almost a week ago. Was greatly troubled by your reference to Philly cheesesteak and Tastykakes, without knowing quite why. Then during one long dark night, it hit me-SCRAPPLE.Associated it with Philly cheesesteak and Tastykakes. There are some attempts made at reproducing cheesesteaks here, but there are no Tastykakes to be found , or scrapple.Loved scrapple, and tossed and turned all night thinking of my obsession with it with no way to quell the desire. What we need outside the Philly area is for someone with deep pockets to start up a Philly food fast food chain and extend those delicacies to the rest of the country. That someone could really rake in the bucks.
@ReneTray“…troubles by the score, every day you love me less, each day I love you more…” What comes after this? Now will have sleepless nights trying to remember the rest of the song, etc. Please fill in this info in a future comment addressed to stripseeker.
“Now I’ve got heartaches by the number, troubles by the score.Every day you love me less, each day I love you more. Now I’ve got heartaches by the number, a love that I can’t win.But the day that I stop countin’, that’s the day my world will end.” (This is just the chorus)
ya know, if there was a lady great dane in the mob of ladies waiting to “talk” to Marm, maybe he would just run off with her and leave the rest to make thier lonely way home….

I can’t even picture Marm getting — er, frisky with those tinier dogs. He’d have to proceed VERY CAREFULLY!

MaCookie7@teddyrMany thanks for getting us a little closer to the goal. And closer to an untroubled night’s sleep.
