The smoke is back in the air. The air current has shifted back from the South West again. It was a nice 3 days with the air blowing from the West/NorthWest.

BTW, that picture of the zucchini quiche looked so good yesterday, that I made one for dinner last night. What a terrific way of getting rid of (er) using zucchini!

End of season special……………lots of zucchini ……..yours for the picking! We only had 5 plants, and have had a bumper crop!

I thought zucchini was made to be sauteed in butter.

I think zucchini is best in bread!

We used to have an annual Deanery Picnic, until one of the host pastors was re-assigned. However, they did enjoy a variety of mustards. . . . Don’t remember what all they had, but one year there were at least 8. Some I wasn’t brave enough to try. . . .

bmonk, I carry a rather normal spicy brown mustard, Inglehoffer’s honey mustard, sweet hot mustard, stone ground mustard and Grey Poupon Dijon mustard. I’m really a fan of the Inglehoffer brand though. I also buy their horseradish.

Alain, even I don’t spread this one as liberally as other mustards. I have a feeling it’s one you may want to avoid if you see it.

Naa. I think it’s great on burgers. But the honey mustard is great with chicken.
