Sojo……what a spread! For breakfast, I’d like a slice of that strawberry brownie pie with my sippy cup filled with DWFNC. And for around 6 p.m., I’d LOVE some of those cranberry Ribs and baked beans and ……oh heck……just a taste of everything, please!
We’re going to be pulling out a lot of the “dead” garden. The green beans and eggplant are done. The zucchini is done. All the different peppers are through producing blossoms, so they will be done in a week or so. The nights have been down to the low 40’s, so everything is getting bitter. Time to move on, compost the soil for next year. :((

Hello all, I have been busy with reading. I am currently that is all morning working on oatmeal cookies. Found out yesterday stove top method does not work too well. No I rarely bake. I have to do a service project of time. Cost us money too. I am making sugar free oatmeal w/rasins and same with peanut butter. Then after cooling wraping each individual cookie in a bag. I also did peanut butter cookies.
Alain – I don’t know about Top Cat but I use a program callid GIMP which is free here. It has a learning curve that takes a bit because some areas could use more help, it’s a full photo editing program. To keep the file size down I use an indexed color pallet and optimize the animation for .gif files. It keeps the file size small at 100k to 300k. However, it leaves some white artifacts and areas needing better color shading so I might change that, but it’s only for the breakfast menu so it doesn’t need to be better. I upload the photes I use to PhotoBucket and put them in a private album so you shouldn’t be able to see them there. I think you can copy them from the comments here. If so feel free to. I only put them in a private album so the entire world can’t get to the photos I upload for our comments. I thought I’d try to post the menu at midnight and somewhere between 9pm and 10pm I thought a barbeque menu would be best. I planned the menu, downloaded the photos (the recipes are real), re-sized, croped made the animations and built the menu to post with time to spare, not bad for only using one hand. Once you know how it’s easy, have fun.
