    Why didnt the get those weird chairs that were on Ellen a few years back? Anyone remember those?? You could supposedly do your work and workout at the same time.

    My wife uses an exercise ball chair at her desk, but it helps if it sits in a frame.

    I used an exercise ball as a desk chair for about a year, and never noticed any of the benefits people have claimed for it. I switched back to a regular chair eventually.

    I tried it out at home, but quickly found it wasn’t very good at turning from my side computer to my front desk.
