Spotted cats often have spotted skins. I don’t know if tabbies come in stripes. I don’t think so. I have seen “sphinx” (hairless) cats with spots on their skins, but so far no striped ones.
The classic picture of a housecat is a gray tiger-striped short-hair – it is the most prevalent pattern and color. Virtually all of Klibans cats are of this type.
I have a great little boy Manx with the most striking grey and black tiger stripes. He resembles Klibans cats in almost every detail except de tail. He’s pear shaped and a rumpie with a divit where his tail should be. Now I’m sure he has hidden buttons.
