Arthur had long suspected, the sound of the polka dots rubbing together was the root cause of polka dot madness. Shirley isn’t having any of it. Nada … Nada…there will be no microphones under her chair, in the bathroom or in her underwear draw….this is it, Arthur, either you are the microphones gota’ go. Not sure Arthur is listening, but he will.

I have the latest update on IE (9 you say?)…yes, I have that. But, I also have MSNExplorer (which is what I usually use, which hasn’t updated in eons. I think it’s on 7). And, oh yes, I have Firefox, but I’m not comfortable with it yet. So, there is a difference between Internet Explorer and MSN Explorer. I thought they were all the same, until my husband clued me in. What do I know about such things? Almost nothin’!

At least Arthur hasn’t gotten to the “hidden” microphone section of the course. That will really bug her.

Arthur’s post retirement dreams and aspirations have NOT been supported by his nattering spouse… He knows he can improve upon Dolby™ THX… especially the sub-sonic rumblings he’s experienced over the past 47 years… emanating from Myrtles general direction… He’s already decided upon his copyrighted name, as he snickers… Yep, “Arthur Surround Sound©”… perfect acronym…Now if she just stays in that chair, he can get that last channel recorded…. Major studios will be banging on his door for his audio tracks all their apocalyptic blockbusters…. 3…. 2…. 1….

These are my favorite one panel comics ever. they are so thought provoking or just so bizzare but in familiar sort of way. Like you have seen people almost do thatPlus the previous comment is great too!.

IE and MSNE are related. MSNE is an antiquated offshoot of IE. They are separate browsers. We pay extra for MSNPremium, only because we like their email and photo services. We’ve had it for around 10 yrs. We get internet through Verizon Telephone and then, MSN through Verizon. When I go to IE, it looks different and has different features than our MSNPremium. It gets confusing, since they are related and they both use the name “Explorer”, but trust me, they are separate entities. IE is the successful, outgoing brother, and MSNE is the lazy, no-account brother (who has good email and photo capabilities). Being a “non-techie” that’s the best that I can explain it.

I was just about to shut everything down for the night, but decided to pop in one more time. I see I just missed you. How’s the house hunting going? Made any decisions? You can’t wait too long. Properties are selling like hotcakes! Keep me posted.(FiOS hasn’t gotten to WMass yet, but they keep saying it’s on its way. But, for what we do on the internet, we’re pretty satisfied with Verizon DSL. It’s very fast, and I can’t imagine needing anything more…but, then again, if it was available, we’d probably get it. I still remember dial-up and how slow it was, so I appreciate VDSL! )Well, that’s it for me tonight. I’ll check in tomorrow, early a.m.Have a nice evening!
