the sign may say “the customer’s always right”, but if you turn it over and get out a magnifying glass, it says “unless the customer being right interferes with the botton line”…..I worked in a customer service call center, and you won’t believe what I have said no to!!!
The missus and I hit a new place during Restaurant Week recently. She ordered the garlic w/snails. The garlic was fine; the substrate was a little like erasers.

Onions I agree with. But any garlic is too much garlic.
