    You gotta find them before they get that big. On thick haired dogs like Kenny and mine, it’s a hellish battle.

    Our ticks don’t generally kill that quickly – though if left untreated, they can be debilitating and even lethal. I do hate them.

    I use a lit incense stick, burn the buggers with it and they are much easier to pluck out and I get all of the bug.

    Is their bite poisonous, or do they cause disease? Here, in AZ, we have blister beetles. If they get in a horses food, they can kill the horse.
