I’ve seen a few ladies with attractive and tastefully placed tattoos but I find covering large parts of one’s body with tattoos looks a bit freakish. Perhaps that’s the intention. To stand out.
Been tempted. Then summer comes and ALL the ink gets shown. Some very artistic and awesome. Most…. not so much. .So I’m going to stick with the temporary tats and the henna …… That way I can go with my mood and the event of the day/week.
Some look good (to me), some not so good, but it’s a personal choice. Someone who has a tattoo they regret speaks from experience, of course, but so does someone who has a tattoo they do NOT regret, and anybody who DOESN’T have a tattoo really has no idea what they’re talking about.
My only advice is that you should think about your FIRST ink carefully, and don’t do it on a whim. If you like it, then later you can be more cavalier…
Most of the people I know that have tats can tell you why they got each one. Everyone has their reasons, some are in memory of a loved one, a military squad, children’s names etc. I’ve also heard that it’s a form of “cutting” that is socially accepted.

I once asked my grandfather what the blue mark on his arm was, and he replied “A big mistake”.

If your dying to get a tat, just have the guy touch your skin with the needle just once. Boy that sure will cure you!
