I’m 52 and I still get that from my mom. She doesn’t swim, and I swim like a fish. Doesn’t matter.

Meemaw is ‘in tent’!

Rose says, “Water you warning me about?”About what are you warning me doesn’t make the play-on-words.

Meemaw wants to be sure Rose comes back ‘in one piece’!That would ‘suit’ her.

In the 3rd panel she almost looks like a miniature Vicki with the hair streaming out back like a brown flame.

But Mom didn’t ask her how long it had been since she had eaten—don’t want to get “cramps” you know!

Having to wait 30 minutes before going into the water is a myth.

I hope Rose doesn’t get overweight like her mom. Rose looks great!

Now if Rose let her hair grow longer, Yow! :D

Don’t know why it just came to me today. Is there ever any mention of Rose’s father?

Ain’t nothing wrong with Meemaw or Rose. Both are beautifully drawn.

I won’t mind living beside a nice lake like that.
