Yep, it appears to be baby Ishy.

Sure I read they turned-up under seaweed stalks, sorta like cabbage leaves and human babies, right?

So, the little one is the young Ishy? Curious, then, how he grows so much so quickly while Lio scarcely ages if at all. I guess he’s a squid with marsupial tendencies, seeking the cozy interior of Lio’s luggage compartment….

Still trying to figure out why there is a family of squid on a suburban sidewalk :)

He may never see the Octomom again.

Perhaps it IS Ishy’s (now determined to be female) baby, and it will bond with Lio —> Ishy Jr.
