Am I safe in assuming that the weather in France is on par with the United States in that it’s fairly warm and humid at this time of year (give or take elevation and shorelines of course)?
And some of the Monoprix stores are good places to score inexpensive clothing. Her main problem is going to be that there won’t be any warm/heavy clothing for sale in the summer.
