I admire Jeff’s logic!

When I made $1:35/ hr as a bell hop, I would carry things to look like I was busy, so the front desk wouldn’t send me on errands that didn’t pay a tip. I’d do this game till travelers started pulling up front of the hotel needing help with their luggage.

Walk fast, and look worried. No one will suspect a thing…

Get a clipboard and a stack of papers and receipts.

Mutt is right, Cement powder is mixed with water which produces mortar.

It doesn’t seem to occur to Jeff that he’s still doing hard work — i.e., lugging something heavy around all day. This is like a scene from Laurel & Hardy’s “The Music Box.”

I always worked harder to get out of work than the actual work would have been.It’s just the principle of the thing…
