While Neil easily handled Billo with one hand tied behind his back, Steve is battling Neil with his tongue firmly planted in his cheek.

I had first heard of Colbert while watching “Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law,” where he was voicing two characters. He was falling-down funny as Phil Ken Sebben.

Stephen Colbert is so funny. And the fans yell stev-vin! With that name I’m never sure that it’s Stev-vin coz it looks like Steff-in.

I came relatively late to The Daily Show and The Colbert Report ( pronounced rapport ). But for the last couple of years they have been my “must watch” late night programs – “live” at 11:00pm and 11:30 pm respectively (EST) on the Comedy Channel – Monday – Thursday.Warning, for those of your who find certain language offensive, these shows are edgy and push the envelope. But they are a couple of the last bastions of political satire.

I’d expect Colbert to put up a good show for the first couple of rounds and then take a dive.
