That’s why I use a computer.Just hit Delete and no more muss.

I meant mess.

Herbert’s creativity is the talk of the neighborhood.

I had some balloons but they got away.

Oh my….. I’ve had such a hard time getting to Ballard St….

Some of you know I’ve been staying out of town….. so I have to take different busses…

And this is not my computer, but one that belongs to someone quite elderly…. with almost no software on it……

but at least she HAS one!

I hope I’m not late for the shower cos I’m bringing a cake…what a hard time I’ve had transporting it….

But it’s beeoootiful….

So are the balloons, X!Hope the balloonherds can at least round up some of them!

Hope to get back tothe shower after my nap…. and if not, at least to show up a bit earlier tomorrow….

I apologise to everyone waiting for an appointment….my time has not been my own….

Arlene has questioned the orange and yellow circles on the ceiling, the 8 ½ X 11 ocean waves along the base boards, the activity table in the office, but she drew the line at black creativity in a blue bucket….George is just getting started, next is purple trim round the patio.

“Creativity is messy, Arlene!”“Yes, Herbert.” Arlene responds. “I imagine it is, but I’ll not tell you again! Do it at you own house!”

Hello All ! I’m back on the grid ( sort of ). I haven’t time at the moment to get clued in on all the Ballard Street doings right now. Thankfully, my company leaves tomorrow AM and I’ll be able to catch my breath and catch up. Hope everyone State-side, had a great Fourth. Talk to you all later.

Good morning Balladeers, ((((( Plods))))) and Miss Susan.

Wow, another trip down memory lane…

All the pictures and lots of the participants and their comments are sadly missing…

But this is the first party we ever threw on Ballard Street.

Not a birthday, but a surprise baby shower.

Derrick Wood, who did a Sherpa cartoon called “Rogue Symmetry” and his wife, Traci, had just had a baby girl.

They named her Shaylee. They already had a young son named Kian.

StelBel, Beviek and I worked on it, behind the scenes, with some help from x_Tech… we posted all kinds of pictures…

StelBel’s invitation, my cake… gifts, balloons, etc.

All removed by GoComics a few years later.

Next we did a shower for Beviek’s first grandchild, Miles…

and then a huge celebration for Sheriff MonkeyBlues’ election and his birthday, on the same day… August 21st I think.

After that, we became the unofficial party committee, and started celebrating birthdays of Ballard Street regulars…

which is no longer allowed on GoComics…

but we still do it, to some degree, on Cleo and Company, for regulars there.
