One of the undeniable laws of science is that dirty, muddy dog is the most likely to want to touch and cuddle you.

Good for you, Jessie! Stick it to those who care more about a dog’s aesthetics than their heart and character. Down with the AKC and dog shows that encourage people to buy dogs from breeders instead of rescuing them, and encourage breeders to pursue cosmetic breed traits to the point of deformity and animal suffering*! (*Pugs and bulldogs with snouts so short that they struggle to breathe and overheat in even warm temperatures, German shepherds w/ such a tapered back end that they develop hip displacia, etc., etc. Not to mention deforming dogs by cropping their ears and docking their tails.)
