Still love to camp. Am 50 and some of my fondest memories was when the family went camping.. Ahh yes the rain, the poison ivy, the skunk that would not leave.. Yes, memories of those fond days of yesteryear.
Yes, while my brothers and were learning to drown in the local swimming hole. or finding out that, yes when you fall off a wall it hurts just as much as back home. our friends were home being bored in front of their TVs.
Yes, memories of the family camping vacations. A wondrous way to discover that yes when you mess with a hornets nest. The hornets do get a little mad.
As one kid discovered as he ran through our camp with hornets chasing him down. Much to our collective amusement.
Yes, memories of that first kiss in the woods and hoping it would never end.
Those family camping trips into the backwoods and hoping that the sound of the dueling banjos were not for you.. We saw to much of that movie as well…

Over 50 and I still love to camp. Still use a tent but have moved up to the air mattress.
