That nosy Janice is trying to look into my backyard again. I wish old Earl would just give her a little push off her perch.

@Stelbel, My wife and I have made our decision. We have talked with our bank and all the funds are in order. We would love to raise out family on the mushroom property. Providing there is paperwork stating that it has already been treated for Smurfs. When can we meet and make this all official?

The Big Picture? I loved the opening of that show when I was a kid. The rest of it, not so much most of the time.

Janice, upon returning from a trip escorting her twin sister Edna (Dame) back “across the pond” following the BS Memorial Day Parade Festivities, takes a moment before unpacking her steamer trunk to sniff the “winds of change”…. Wondering if those campaign signs that Edna had posted throughout the neighborhood were still there…

And Arvell…. Yea mister excitement himself. Hmmmph, promoting his observations with meaningless and pointless idioms, with his hands in his pockets no less…. Almost sad, he really doesn’t have a clue… But that Munkey fella…. Edna may just be right about him… Good thing she went home… Yeah, that “big picture” may just be coming into focus now….

    “ARVELL…!!!!… Hold that stool…. I’m coming down…. I’ve got things to do…”

I’m aware of how class conscious some cats can be, so perhaps Miss E.might be interested in meeting one of our gentleman feline guests currently staying at the Feline Bungaloes at SCHAABS.

This is Luciano Purrvorotti, the world famous caterwauling tenor. He is performing, one night only, at the Ballard Opera House.

And, finally, Sir Edmund Purrcival Hillary, the first cat to conquer Mt. Everest.
