I didn’t mention it before because I was distracted by certain machines landing on Mars, but the requested full-color version of the big single-panel “no place like home” installment is among the new designs in the Endtown Cafe Press Store... So please do go check it out.. All proceeds help keep Endtown alive.. Thank you!

It seems the Professor is not so impressedThis makes me think Marx might be flunking a testHe’s quick to rely on his magic high techBut Xavier’s quite good at stacking the deckIt’s rather like taking a picture of nativesGrass skirts and hides, bone-in-nose, African iconAnd when you “steal souls” and are quite demonstrativeThey look at you, smiling: “Hey, very nice Nikon!”=|====/ Level HeadVote for Endtown 2.0And for Doc Rat, tooThe Endtown ForumThe Endtown AuctionThe Endtown BooksCharter member ofthe Consortium to get Aaron a Tablet

in episode two of the doctor who adventure “the ultimate foe” (aka episode 14 of “trial of a timelord”"), the master tried to hypnotise the caracter Sabalom Glitz, who sort of reacted the same way as the professor…

OMG, I hate these touch-screen interfaces! Give me buttons any day…

ahem As I was saying, TSOJ, I think Mallard and Marx are definitely different people. But suddenly, new questions are raised: such as, do they know each other? Did they study together? Did they learn from the same teacher? Does this interaction mean absolutely nothing, except that A.N. gets perverse pleasure in stringing us along? (And yet, we keep coming back—what does that say about us? ;) )

    Dimensionometer… I don’t think Star Trek

*?@$&?!!! What did I say about touch screens???

I don’t think Star Trek ever came up with such impressive technobabble.

Excuse me. I’m going to eat now, before I throw this temperamental phone across the room. ;p

See, I told you yesterday Mallard was familiar with sufficiently high technology. If Marx is from another dimension, and Mallard knows what a dimensionometer is, then maybe Mallard is this dimension’s (or another’s) Marx, mutated.Poor Linda. Her mind just keeps taking one shock after another.

Uh yup, knew it. Can’t get these two in a room and expect a “normal” conversation. Dimensionometer for a koala, hmmm, sounds like a fair trade to me. AM probably has more than one anyway.

Yes! thank you Neathery! I was actually a little apprehensive about reading today’s strip, because I didn’t want to see my favorite character getting yanked around and toyed with. SO glad Mallard is more than Marx was expecting!

I figured that Mallard would be harder for Marx to bamboozle than the others.

But I still want to know what happened to the ship!

I think he’s surprised to see somebody actually understand what he’s got in his hands here and not just assume it’s magic.

What’s the quote. Advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic to other people.

I suspect that the fates of Flask, the ship, and the satellite will come up shortly, providing AM and Mallard quickly come to an accord.

Do I even WANT to know what a “dimensionometer” is?

Sometimes I wonder if the dude writing this even knows where it is going. But I keep riding along on the bus.
