dad: to sleep perchance to dream... Thatababy: bwaaah dad: ay, there's the rub.
This is why I’m glad I don’t have kids.
1) Was Dad quoting Shakespeare? 2) Looks like the cat (not just Mom) slept through the baby’s cry.
Cats have the ability to tune out th world, when they want, and on their terms. But then, there are other times…
Changing diapers wasn’t so bad… the lack of sleep is hard, but that passes. The love and fun lasts forever though.
Honestly, just let him cry it out a few times. He needs to learn to be self-soothing.
Little man of course.
Love how the kitty is camofaged on the bedspread.
And oddly enough, my kids never wailed at night as babies. They did/do as toddlers and preschoolers with nightmares but even with breastfeeding my sleep was never that disrupted.
Nightly routine.
