Yeah Frank, that way you can be complicit when the lousy driver injures or kills someone with her car. After all she terrifies everyone, including Joe, who rides with her. Get her some extra training or get her off the road. Before anyone knee jerk reacts that this is just a ticket, just look in the archives for other instances of her dangerous driving
