Administered by single-eyed teachers.
And scores go a tad lower with True/False tests and even lower with multiple choice and the lowest is essays.

Just ask the question. If the student knows the answer, then he or she will answer it. Multiple choice includes an element of guesswork.
……………..not if the choices are wrong! :D
Never mind teaching to the test, this is TESTING to the test!
