In 2017 the average family works a 110 hour work week, to survive.
Women are not the only people taken advantage of—everyone who is not a “tough” negotiator is paid as little as possible rather than what their work is worth. Often to the detriment of the company! It’s been proven that the only people who are best chosen by interviewing are in sales. Technical people are best hired based on skills.
Having learned this, the companies involved in the study all reverted to interview hiring.
