Is that supposed to be Spiderman? He’s no longer a teenager and in any case is having the stuffing beaten out of him by possibly the lamest villain ever to disgrace the comics pages these days.

Spider-Man is still a teenager in the Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon, the new Amazing Spider-Man movie, Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark, and the Ultimate Comics: Spider-Man comic (the one in Ultimate Comics is a different character altogether, who took over after Peter was killed). He was also a teenager in the most recent TV series before Ultimate.

That he’s not a teen in the current mainline comics is actually something of an anomaly.

What about Baby Huey? Does this mean Baby Huey isn’t welcomed either? I’d like to see someone try and give Baby Huey the bum’s rush.

Technically does Spider-Man 2099 count? I mean most people think Peter Parker when they think Spider-Man, not Ben Reilly or Miguel O’Hara. And folks know Parker was still in high school when he began as Spider-Man. What I’ve read of O’Hara it sounds almost like he’s a college graduate when he becomes Spider-Man in the 2099 series.
