License renewable with doctors permission.Given that the entire UK (England, Wales, Scotland & Ireland) is about the size of the state of Washington and has a transportation infrastructure over 100 years old, losing a license isn’t the hardship it is here in the US.

My father’s over 80… Never had a accident or a ticket. He drives all over Vegas, and back and forth from Vegas to Southern California… Get with the times. If anything maybe you should be 20 to get a license.
