Yet if you say you’re going to give the dog a bath watch what happens.

Our lab hated the water…go figure.

Well at least you didn’t have to force her in.

It is not so much the dog in the shower as the dog after the shower.

My mini dachshund does this all the time. Really freaked me out the first time his tail brushed my ankle. My dobermans just stick their heads in and occasionally pull the shower crutain down. Next home improvement item? A door for the shower.

At least she didn’t set off the emergency sprinkler like in today’s “Dark Side of the Horse.” Or melt like in today’s “Lio.”

There is a double standard here. Poor Sophie takes baths with Doug, so why shouldn’t she assume that it is okay to shower with dad or mom?

My kittens are like that too.

In these hot summer months, I let the bathroom sink trickle water becuase they like “fresh” water, and will often cuddle up to me when they are soaking wet.

Busted Sophie.

Doc, Mua loved drinking from the water faucet in the tub, but he hated it when i was in the shower. He sat outside and howled. When I had a bath, he lay beside the tub and occasionally dabbled his paws in it.

Well, we know it wasn’t Doug in the shower.

Likely Daddy was in the shower, as Sophie seems to like him a lot.
