English seaside toast – burnt black, then scraped to a golden brown , and always served cold.

    How embarrassing!

If there were couches all over the place where customers could lie down after they ate, it would be a second home for Andy.

    LOL xxx

Andy didn’t seem too bothered about Flo’s bad cooking. He just wanted Flo to stop nattering. He couldn’t carry her like that now!

Doing just fine. No “keys”, because it’s pretty much an acoustic countryish setting. They do an Eagles tune or two and did a real nice “Whipping Post” toward the end of the evening. Todd has a standup bass and a smaller one that resembles a standard acoustic guitar. He has some amplify so as to be loud enough without plucking so hard that he kills his fingers. This particular venue usually sees the other members with electricity also. The lady Barbara, as far as I can hear, doesn’t need enhancement. She has a megaphone voice all on her own. I could hear Bob (Dobro) better this time because of the “juice”. I have pretty much all the keys of harps. Not a maestro but I like switching between the different sounds. I have one ten holer chromatic harp. And yes, the sound can get pretty big for such a tiny instrument. Todd has one of those Dylan gizmos that allows you to blow and strum at the same time. He shares lead vocal duties with Barb._____________________________________________

That all sounds fantastic. I’m sure they are all very talented and stand out. I’ve only heard one Eagles song which was ‘Hotel California’ but forgotton how it went, all I remember was that I really enjoyed it. Will listen to it again.

As Pcolli mentioned earlier, I thought you meant the massive concert harps and the instrument is always BIGGER than the person.

    My apologies!

There is a little Keyboard in the background of my Avatar. It’s up against the wall.

Is ‘Dobro’ Bob’s nickname? I like it!

    Glad you are doing good.

I love the artwork on the old comic strips. I am used to the ones from the 70’s onward, which seemed to have been simplified, with less details in them, still good though. I meant to say this before Hello Cappers hope you all have a good day.
