Vegas Viper. We had three inches yesterday, roads closed in Henderson and NE Vegas, parking lots & intersections flooded on North Eastern & Bonanza, Washington & Owens. What part of Vegas do you live in?
We had rain this morning. Soaked the ground good. Dry by lunch time. No flooding. But then – our flood plain usually worries only during Spring melt which includes Spring run-off and Spring rain.

You talking about 2 1/2 & 3 inch rains in Vegas. Is that like the 3 inch rains out ib west Texas where the raindrops are 3 inches apart?
