X… that’s what I was thinking .. it’s so small it looks more like a pontoon paddleboat.Maybe Early tried putting in an engine all by himself.Duct tape doesn’t hold that well in water, you know.And by the looks of all that black slime, Edna’s right….That mixture was just a bit rich.Boom.

This always happens when people do not consult a professional about operating their vessels. Earl is one of those know-it-all types who thinks he’s god’s gift to the water.He couldn’t captain a regatta in a bathtub.Poor Edna, at least she read the operating manual when they purchased that pontoon boat.I prefer clean sails to stinky engines ( although we do have a backup engine on my galleon, The Irish Rover, for places where we can’t enter under sail ).

What can I say about this? I would be Edna, as I am a “I told you so” kind of person. It just seems to me that the same people to whom I’ve repeatedly said, “I told you so!” would have learned by now to listen to me in the first place! You’d think!!

I believe Earl should re-think the choke business and possibly use this manuver on Edna.
