Randy is feeling pretty full of himself right now….but wait till Harold “Stretch” Stratton (Ballard County High School District Track and Field All-Star 1957) stands up….6’4" in his glory days, he’s pretty sure hes got at least 6’2" of it left.

“Why is this little fellow staring at me,” he wonders, idly ….and goes in to make a cup of tea….

Oh well… Randy knows he could take him in chess, anyway.

About the clock face Stel posted….. I had to check it out after Bev asked about it….

It’s amazing, so I researched it a bit.It’s not real…. I tracked it down to the creator of the image…who says it’s a photo of a real clock face, which he altered using software that spirals the middle of pictures.

(For those who actually care…. it’s a plug-in for Gimp called “Mathmaps.”)(someday I gotta learn Gimp.)

The old ones were crashing my computer somehow…bought new ones and they did it too…Returned them and consulted a few people…they said buy better speakers…… same results… and no one could figure it out…Didn’t want to try again… but I finally bought some just because they were on sale so cheap ($11 for the pair, I think)…and so far, (KNOCK WOOD!!!) those work fine.It’s the creatures that live in computers. They’re erratic, whimsical and mischievous.That’s all I know.

You can only beat him if can be bothered to race in the first place.

Randy is experiencing the usual post-hip-replacement-euphoria. It’s very common with joint replacements. One now feels that the particular joint that was replaced is now bionic and has superhuman strength and stamina.

The Umbrella Lasso in a Can may be used now to rein Randy in, before he hurts himself. He hasn’t had his knees done yet.

My favorite event is “Who Can Sit Still The Longest”. I have played that with my grandchildren when they were 2yrs old and under. I am undefeated………….

Careful Randy. i seen that guy run away from his wife once. He’s got some moves on him!
