I’ve driven behind her, many times. I once slowed down and blinked my headlights for somebody for some one with a blinker on. They didn’t move over, so I blinked again and honked my horn. They gave me the finger.
I watched a guy with his left turn signal on all the while he drifted across 3 lanes on the highway. To the right. Oh, and he was talking on his cell phone at the time.
It was probably also for sassiness. Police officers don’t have much of a sense of humor (and considering what they have to deal with, rightfully so) :-)

Yeah, interesting that Lil found someone she couldn’t or wouldn’t stare down .. a couple times in any traffic court will cure ya of that.
