Alberto is the usual Tank McNamara fictional character used to satirize real sports figures. The recent use of Roger Clemens as himself was actually more rare than the fictional characters.

The timing’s off: Unlikely he’d get a 50-game suspension as late after the season as when they hand out the awards.

Just do the Braun thing—fail a test, get suspended, get some guy to say you’re not suspended, play on like nothing ever happened.
