Come on, Rudy. The Apple tax is there for a reason: it separates the truly cool from the lame wannabes. Note: the “Apple tax” applies only to consumers, not to Apple itself.
Find an iPhone with dual processors and a 4.5" hd super-amoLED screen, a battery you can access, availabe on tons of carriers, with quad-band enabled by default instead of crippled by default. Still waiting.
Not clones. Competing (and in many ways superior) tech that happens to be in the same market, and Jobs and his successors didn’t like having the competition. This is Apple’s “thermonuclear war” and they are going to lose.
This was a bogus ruling by a jury misled by a biased foreman who chose to ignore the jury instructions, and will be overturned either by JMOL or on appeal. More and more, Apple’s Android targets are winning the suits Apple is bringing, all around the world.
You shouldn’t be able to patent a design consisting of a rectangle with rounded corners in the first place, or any software at all. This is evidence of a broken patent system gone haywire, not of Samsung “cloning” the iPhone.
