    Whenever I complain, they just send me coupons for the same lousy product.

    I recently ordered a product that did not work when I received it. I called the company’s tech support and he told me, “Just ship the f#*%‘n thing back. I’m so sick of this”, and he hung up. :-s

    Like the $3.95 potato peeler I bought with a lifetime warranty. Fine print says if it ever fails, just return the peeler (at your expense) along with $5.00 handling fee and a new one will be sent to you…..no questions asked.
