Welcome once again to Dusty's mailbox: Dear Dusty, I am a writer by trade, but I haven't had a good idea in over two weeks. Got any advice? - Gary S. Dear Gary, have you had breakfast yet? My pappy liked to cook his eggs in the same pan with his bacon... he called it "breakfast to write home about." Hope that helps! - Dusty.

Great advice! A good breakfast is a good start.

I put the end of a stick of butter in the electric skillet, about 1.5 TB , and poured 2 cracked eggs gently in, let them set and began rolling the pan so the eggs slid around in it. This got the butter atop the eggs to cook the white while leaving the yolks liquid for dipping. They even had that little crust around the edge of the whites, best eggs in a long time! Yum!
